A 3-year-old female dog was referred to the clinics of İstanbul University with complaint abdominal distention. On basis clinical findings and ultrasonography, a mass detected in left ovary. An ovariohysterectomy performed. Grossly, mass, dimensions 15 × 11 8 cm, weighed 1.2 kg contained hairs, cysts, fat, bone, cartilage on cut surface.
