The association of an empty sella with rhinorrhea is unusual finding. Of 29 cases observed by the authors, eight underwent surgery for rhinorrhea. None patients showed clinical evidence increased intracranial pressure or hydrocephalus. Seven were primary sella, eighth was acromegalic patient, who had received radiotherapy 4 years before.
