ABSTRACT We have demonstrated the effectiveness and safety of combining cyclosporine vedolizumab to treat ulcerative colitis (UC). present 2 cases hospitalized acute severe UC who had failed therapy with antitumor necrosis factor were treated successfully induction safely bridged ustekinumab maintenance therapy.
