【目的】短時間で実施できる単純な複合運動による非特異的腰痛軽減への即時的効果を検証すること. 【方法】対象は製造業で勤務する非特異的腰痛を有する男性61 名である.3 分間の運動は,ハムストリングスのストレッチ,腰椎の前後屈,側屈,回旋を伴った運動の2 つのプログラムで構成された.腰痛が継続して3 ヶ月未満の者を非慢性群(21 名),3 ヶ月以上腰痛が続いている者を慢性群(40 名)として分類した.運動プログラムを実施した前後の腰痛の程度をNumerical Rating Scale (NRS)で評価した. 【結果】運動前後の腰痛は,非慢性群で2.0±1.0 点から1.2±1.2 点,慢性群は3.1±1.6 点から2.3±1.6 点と両群ともに運動プログラム実施後にNRS の有意な低下を認めた(p<0.01). 【結論】短時間の単純な複合運動は,男性勤労者の非特異的腰痛を軽減させることが可能であった.この運動プログラムは勤労者の腰痛予防対策に有効かもしれない.
糖尿病では長期にわたる高血糖や代謝異常によって種々の合併症を引き起こす.糖尿病合併症の中でも最も高頻度に発症するのが糖尿病神経障害である.糖尿病神経障害は多発神経障害と単発性神経障害に大別され,さらに多発神経障害は感覚運動神経障害と自律神経障害に分類される.糖尿病自律神経障害に伴う胃不全麻痺や無自覚低血糖は糖尿病患者の身体活動に影響する要因である.糖尿病リハビリテーションの目的は,患者の健康の維持・改善であり,糖尿病による活動制限や参加制約を最小限にすることである.また,糖尿病リハビリテーションにおいては糖尿病治療の原則,糖尿病合併症をふまえた自己管理行動の重要性を教育することが重要である.

【目的】治療と仕事の両立支援に資する運動・身体活動プログラムを開発することを目的とした.【方法】乳がんをもつ女性労働者(以下,「女性労働者」)を対象とした.プログラムは,運動・身体活動を職場に導入するためのコンセプト(以下,「導入コンセプト」),および具体的な運動・身体活動メニュー(以下,「運動メニュー」)で構成される.理学療法士が作成した原案をもとに,管理者および女性労働者本人の意見を取り入れてプログラムを修正した.【結果】導入コンセプトは,管理者および女性労働者用の2 種類を作成した.運動メニューは,有酸素運動,レジスタンス運動,運動器疼痛を予防する体操の3 つのメニューを取り入れてカレンダー形式で作成した.【結論】本研究成果は,女性労働者を対象とした治療と仕事の両立支援に資する運動・身体活動プログラムを提案する.
