At the Hiraizumi Primary School in Iwate Prefecture, 84 children with incipient gingivitis were selected at annual dental examination May. And teachers instructed these individually how to remove remaining plaque. Moreover, checked for cleanliness of teeth and inflammation gingiva by teacher or their parents three times a day during one week just before second examination. 糖尿病では長期にわたる高血糖や代謝異常によって種々の合併症を引き起こす.糖尿病合併症の中でも最も高頻度に発症するのが糖尿病神経障害である.糖尿病神経障害は多発神経障害と単発性神経障害に大別され,さらに多発神経障害は感覚運動神経障害と自律神経障害に分類される.糖尿病自律神経障害に伴う胃不全麻痺や無自覚低血糖は糖尿病患者の身体活動に影響する要因である.糖尿病リハビリテーションの目的は,患者の健康の維持・改善であり,糖尿病による活動制限や参加制約を最小限にすることである.また,糖尿病リハビリテーションにおいては糖尿病治療の原則,糖尿病合併症をふまえた自己管理行動の重要性を教育することが重要である.

右上腕切断術後幻肢痛の40歳,女性に,NMDA受容体拮抗作用を有するデキストロメトルファン(以下D-M)45mg内服とケタミン15mg静脈内投与を併用したところ,覚醒までに約12時間を要した.この併用療法後幻肢痛が約2日間軽減したため,両薬剤の投与量を段階的に減量:して治療を継続した.最終的にD-M30mgの内服とケタミン1mg静脈内投与したが,約8時間意識の朦朧状態が持続したため併用療法を中止した.D-Mがケタミンの麻酔作用を増強したものと考えられた.
