Psoriasis vulgaris and bullous pemphigoid (BP) represent two clinically well-characterized, chronic, inflammatory skin conditions. The concomitant occurrence of these entities in a patient is rare. Here we report 57-year-old male suffering from psoriasis for 15 years on irregular medication who noticed eruption blisters all over the body. Vesiculobullous disorders in a child can be diagnostic challenge. Common causes of blisters early childhood include genodermatoses like epidermolysis bullosa and infections herpes simplex. Lipoid proteinosis may rarely present with vesiculobullous lesions childhood. We report child, who presented blistering dermatosis. On long term follow-up, typical features lipoid developed.
