Stejnulxin, a novel snake C-type lectin-like protein with potent platelet activating activity, was purified and characterized from Trimeresurus stejnegeri venom. Under non-reducing conditions, it migrated on SDS-polyacrylamide gel an apparent molecular mass of 120 kDa. On reduction, separated into three polypeptide subunits masses 16 kDa (alpha), 20 (beta1) 22 (beta2), respectively. The complete amino acid sequences its were deduced cloned cDNAs. N-terminal sequencing cDNA cloning indicated...

Ophioluxin, a potent platelet agonist, was purified from the venom of Ophiophagus hannah (King cobra). Under nonreducing conditions it has mass 85 kDa, similar to convulxin, and on reduction gives two subunits with masses 16 17 slightly larger than those convulxin. The N-terminal sequences both are very convulxin other C-type lectins. Ophioluxin induces pattern tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins in platelets like that caused by when using appropriate concentrations based aggregation response,...

Alboluxin, a potent platelet activator, was purified from Trimeresurus albolabris venom with mass of 120 kDa non-reduced and, after reduction, subunits 17 and 24 kDa. Alboluxin induced tyrosine phosphorylation profile in platelets that resembles those produced by collagen convulxin, involving the time dependent Fc receptor gamma chain (Fc gamma), phospholipase Cgamma2 (PLCgamma2), LAT p72SYK. Antibodies against both GPIb GPVI inhibited aggregation alboluxin, whereas antibodies alpha2beta1...

Abstract An electrochemical technique for the determination of catechin, protocatechuic acid, and L-lactic acid has been developed using ferroceneboronic (FBA) as an probe. The principle is based on changes in voltammograms FBA associated with selective binding analytes to FBA. A cyclic voltammogram a differential pulse (DPV) were recorded glassy carbon electrode presence analytes. oxidation or reduction peak currents decreased analytes, depending their concentrations. DPV measurements...

Abstract A layer‐by‐layer (LbL) thin film composed of poly(ethyleneimine) (PEI) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) was prepared on the surface a gold (Au) disk electrode LbL layer impregnated with hemin to fabricate amperometric hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O ) sensors. Hemin can be easily immobilized in by immersing film‐coated solution. The hemin‐modified thus exhibited an response H basis electrochemical reduction catalyzed hemin. output current depended concentration over range 0.005–1.0 mM....

Abstract Background: The metabolites of gut microbiome are important host-health regulating factors and can be easily interrupted by the host exposure to environmental pollution via ingestion route. Arsenic contaminated drinking water is one most serious problems worldwide. Therefore, arsenic-induced alterations metabolome, especially persistence reversibility parts after long-term arsenic will interesting know. Results: We investigated relationship between microbiota its related in male...
