HIV-1 replication is rapid and highly error-prone. Transmission of a drug-resistant strain possible occurs within the HIV-1-infected population. Infective endocarditis caused by Gemella morbillorum is a rare disease. In this report 67-year-old male patient with G. was presented. The hospitalized as he had fever of unknown origin and in the two three sets blood cultures taken at first day hospitalization identified. transthoracic echogram revealed 14 × 10 mm vegetation on aortic noncoronary cuspis.
