Two patients with Hodgkin's disease developed a condition that has been termed “reactive perforating collagenosis.” In both cases, pruritus was severe and seemed to be responsible for the vigorous rubbing scratching caused skin lesions. one patient, lesions disappeared upon remission of disease. Perforating collagenosis described in children as hereditary disease, also adults diabetes on hemodialysis. On basis changes seen our two we suggest is simply consequence intense scratching.
