Neuromorphic or "brain-like" computation is a leading candidate for efficient, fault-tolerant processing of large-scale data as well real-time sensing and transduction complex multivariate systems networks such self-driving vehicles Internet Things applications. In biology, the synapse serves an active memory unit in neural system component responsible learning memory. Electronically emulating this element via compact, scalable technology which can be integrated three-dimensional (3-D)...
As one of the key neuronal activities associated with memory in human brain, consolidation is process transition short-term (STM) to long-term (LTM), which transforms an external stimulus permanently stored information. Here, we report emulation this complex synaptic function, STM LTM, a single-crystal indium phosphide (InP) field effect transistor (FET)-based artificial synapse. This behavior achieved via dielectric band and charge trap lifetime engineering gate heterostructure aluminum...
In-sensor and near-sensor computing architectures enable multiply accumulate operations to be carried out directly at the point of sensing. offer dramatic power speed improvements over traditional von Neumann by eliminating multiple analog-to-digital conversions, data storage, movement operations. Current in-sensor processing approaches rely on tunable sensors or additional weighting elements perform linear functions such as sensor acquires data. This work implements with an oscillatory...
OJ 287 is one of the best studied blazars. It also a prime target in our long-term blazar monitoring program carried out with 1.56 m telescope at Sheshan Station Shanghai Astronomical Observatory, China. Here, we present optical photometry results V, R, and I passbands BL Lacertae object (0851+202) from 2002 January to 2007 February. The largest variations ΔV = 1.96 mag (14.01–15.97 mag), ΔR 2.36 (13.39–15.75 ΔI 1.95 (12.79–14.74 mag) were detected observations. Intraday variation timescales...
We present multicolor optical (Johnson BV and Cousins RI) monitoring results of 5.3 yr for S5 0716+714. The four-band light curves showed a high duty cycle variability. studied its intranight variability the quasi-periodic oscillations found that can be explained by relativistic jet model.
The quasar 3C 273 is one of the widely studied quasars that also a selected target in our monitoring program. In this paper, we present optical V, R, and I photometric observations done with 1.56 m telescope at Shanghai Astronomical Observatory from 2000 to 2008. Our results show 1118 sets (258 for V band, 414 R 446 band). indicate (1) variations three bands are ΔV = 1.363 ± 0.088 mag 12.204 0.062 13.567 0.062, ΔR 1.299 0.023 12.014 0.014 13.313 0.013, ΔI 1.041 11.628 0.046 12.669 0.075....
The light curve data from 1894 to 2008 are compiled for the BL Lacertae object OJ 287 available literature. Periodicity analysis methods (the Discrete Correlation Function-DCF, Jurkevich method, power spectral (Fourier) analysis, and CLEANest method) performed search possible periodicites in of 287. Using the 1.56m telescope at Shanghai Observatory (ShAO), China, we monitored two sources, BL Lac object S5 0716+714 and Flat Spectrum Radio Quasar (FSRQ) 3C 273. For 0716+714, report 4969 sets of CCD (Charge-coupled Device) photometrical optical observations (1369 for V band, 1861 R band 1739 I band) in monitoring time from Dec.4, 2000 to Apr.5, 2014. 273, 460 (138 146 176 Mar. 28, 2006 Apr. 9, The provide us with a large amount data analyze short-term long-term variabilities. Abstract 3C 66A is one of the most interesting blazars and our monitoring objects carried out with 1.56 m telescope at Sheshan station, Shanghai Astronomical Observatory (ShAO). It has been monitored since 1996 December 11. In present work, we show its optical light curves during period 11–2009 28. From observations, found that largest variations in V , R I bands are <?CDATA ${\rm{\Delta }}V=1.840\pm 0.065$?> }}R=1.898\pm 0.069$?> mag, Δ = 1.659 ± 0.047 respectively. Intra-day variabilities...
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a common chronic disease dominated by inflammatory synovitis, which characterized with hyperplastic synovium, up-regulated matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) expression, hypoxic joint cavity and excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation. Such local adverse microenvironment in RA joints further exacerbates the infiltration of synovial cells, especially M1-type macrophages. Regulating intra-articular pathological conditions, eliminating excess M1 macrophages...
Abstract We used data from the University of Michigan Radio Astronomy Observatory (UMRAO) at three different bands (4.8 GHz, 8 and 14.5 GHz) to calculate radio spectral index averaged polarization in a sample 92 flat spectrum quasars (FSRQs). analyzed relationship between other physical parameters for these objects. The results show that: 1) its variability high frequencies are higher than those lower frequencies, 2) degree linear is correlated with index, suggesting that synchrotron...
High temperature stress has a significant impact on plant growth and development.Herbaceous peony (Paeonia lactiflora Pall.) is very important landscape used in greenbelt whose restrained seriously by high summer temperature, but little known about relevant solving measures. In order to find an effective measure, this paper studied the effect of black shading net with 60% transmittance alleviating thermal damage P. under field conditions. The results showed that physiological indices were...
CCD photometric observations (V, R, and I) of BL Lac object PKS 0735+178 were carried out from 1995 January to 2001 March. Combining this data the literature, historical light curve 1906 was compiled used study source's periodicity. Several periodicities found, which most important is a period 13.8 yr, similar 14.2 yr found by Fan et al.
Abstract In this paper, we discuss the relationship between spectral index and core-dominance parameter for blazars (BL Lacertae objects flat spectrum radio quasars). To do so, calculated indexes 38 BL using preliminary data of University Michigan Radio Astronomy Observatory (UMRAO) with those quasars from our previous paper (2008, PASJ, 60, 707). For parameters, mainly them flux densities given by Kovalev et al. (2005, AJ, 130, 2473). We have compiled a list parameters some sources...
Abstract The BL Lac object S5 0716+714 has been one part of our optical monitoring program blazars since 1994. A burst with a duration 6 hours was detected on 1995 January 8 and 80 sets measurements were obtained in V I, by turn, for the whole burst. An upper limit time lag 0.0041 days (about six minutes) between bands I determined using Interpolation Cross-Correlation Function (ICCF) Discrete Correlation (DCF).
