为有效保护黄河入海口流域水环境质量和水生态健康,并为硒(Se)的环境管理和风险评估提供数据支撑和科学依据,本研究使用基于组织的基准(tissue based criteria, TBC)结合相平衡分配法(Equilibrium Partitioning Approach, EqPA )初步推导了Se的沉积物质量基准(sediment quality SQC),并评估了黄河入海口流域沉积物中Se的生态风险水平。对黄河入海口8个采样点的表层沉积物及其孔隙水进行了Se含量的测定结果表明,沉积物中Se的浓度范围为2.13-3.41 mg/kg,平均浓度为2.95 mg/kg;Se在固相和水相之间的分配系数为2757 L/kg,且Se的SQC值为0.80 mg/kg,黄河入海口流域沉积物中Se的生态风险水平较高,可能会对水生态系统产生有害作用,需要开展进一步的研究。
