【目的】4, 6, 10 MV高エネルギー光子線に対する真ちゅう製ボーラスの表面線量,射出線量およびビームプロファイルの基礎特性を検証すること.【方法】真ちゅう製ボーラスと組織等価ボーラスを使用し,4, MV光子線の水等価ファントム中における表面線量とファントム厚さ10 cmにおける射出線量を測定しPDDを算出した.また,ファントム深さ0 cmと10 cmにおけるビームプロファイルを取得した.【結果】真ちゅう製ボーラスありの場合,ボーラスなしの場合と比較して表面線量は4, MVにおいてそれぞれ37.3%, 36.3%, 31.0%増加したが,組織等価ボーラスと比較すると真ちゅう製ボーラス1枚での表面線量は減少した.射出線量は真ちゅう製ボーラスありの場合,ボーラスなしの場合と比較して4, MVにおいてそれぞれ22.0%, 23.1%, 22.8%増加した.【結語】真ちゅう製ボーラスは組織等価ボーラスとは異なる特性をもつことが示された.
