The accelerator driven sub-critical system (ADS) in China is a kind of transmutation machine to minimize nuclear waste. As one the important parts ADS, injector will be built at IHEP,CAS. Injector I needs two cryomodules operating 2K cryogenic environment realize 10MeVproton beam energy. Each cryomodule includes seven spoke cavities and sevensuperconducting magnets. This paper describes overall design system, including cooling flow chart, heat loads estimation, structure operation some key...

Final focus high gradient quadrupole magnets QD0 and QF1 are key devices of the Proposed Circular Electron Positron Collider (CEPC). They both double aperture superconducting quadrupoles with held gradients 136 T/m 110 T/m, respectively. The angles between two centerlines 33 mrad. Though apertures is in close proximity, problem multipole helds caused by crosstalk successfully solved using cos2θ coil iron core. quadrupol operated inside magnetic Detector solenoid magnet, so anti-solenoid...

The cryostat chiefly consists of external vacuum housing, 60 K shield screens, liquid helium vessel with an SC multipole magnet inside, chamber (beam duct) copper liner and four two-stage cryocoolers a stage temperature 4.2 K/60 K. Current leads have heat in-leak interception in using cryocoolers. is suspended vertical horizontal CFRP (T300) tension rods connected to the vessel. These pass throughout screens attach bolts on housing walls are used for precise alignment position.
