Abstract Efficient wide bandgap (WBG) perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are essential for fully maximizing the potential of tandem cells. However, these currently face challenges such as high photovoltage losses and presence phase segregation, which impede attainment their expected efficiency stability. Herein, root cause halide segregation is investigated, uncovering a close association with locally aggregated lead iodide (PbI 2 ), particularly at perovskite/C 60 interface. Kelvin‐probe atomic...
Abstract Bound states in the continuum (BIC) have attracted great attention nanophotonics past few years. The metasurface with inverted symmetry breaking exhibits high Q resonance through quasi-BIC (Q-BIC), which realizes light modulation, sensing and nonlinear generation. In this work, a symmetry-broken Si–VO 2 composite is studied modulate near-infrared absorption Q-BIC mode. First, L-shaped Si broken C 4v designed, transition from BIC to shows strong circular dichroism. Later,...
Abstract The relationship between lamp color characteristics and brightness perception is not well known. In this study, nine lighting environment with correlated temperature (3000 K, 5000 8000 K) illuminance (1000 lx, 300 100 lx) were created. Both the side by visual matching spatial scaling experiments are designed to verify effects of on perception. results study show that high will have stronger than lower ones. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Integration of metal-halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with thermoelectrics (TEs) to form hybrid PSC-TE tandem devices presents a promising avenue for maximizing spectrum utilization. A comprehensive understanding their...
In this work, a dielectric metasurface composed of silicon nanodisk etched with square hole is proposed.
Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out the effects light‐emitting diode (LED) lighting on elderly people's color discrimination and preference, improve environment for people. In study, experiments were conducted under LED with two different spectra (with color‐correlated temperature [CCT] 2800K 6000K), three illuminance levels (30lx; 100lx; 1000lx). Six observers (aged 55–65 years) participated in exposed each condition finish one trial a test (Farnsworth–Munsell 100‐Hue Test)...
Ultrafast dynamic of thin surface plasma layer plays a crucial role in the formation periodic ripples after laser pulse irradiation. Using pump-probe imaging technique, complete scenario on GaP is demonstrated being irradiated by single femtosecond pulse. The firstly emerge at delay time several tens picoseconds, and disappear completely hundreds resulting transient overheating solid state ablation crater. It's interesting that new appear gradually become deep clear picoseconds. A part these...
This study aimed to identify how different types of uniformity indicators function evaluate the lighting, such as minimum-to-average ratio (Min:Avg), coefficient variance (CV), entropy (EU, introduced in article), and a pattern vision-based indicator (UHVS). Two experiments, pair-wise comparison seven-point scale subjective evaluation, were performed advantages disadvantages indicators. Thirty abstract patterns simulated from architectural illumination scenes applied experiments. The results...
Curve fitting and lookup table methods based on vector relationships are proposed to compute dominant wavelength (DW), which is used characterize hue. A curve-fitting method using a DW–angle relationship simple but not very accurate, with an error of about 1 2 nm. for higher precision. The have been applied study the between peak DW Gaussian models light sources' spectra. For models, varies as full-width at half maximum (FWHM) increases from 5 500 nm, trends differ different wavelengths....
Objective: The difficulty in chronic diabetic wound healing remains the focus of clinical research. Photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) with different wavelengths could exert effects on healing, but combined red and blue light (BL) remained unclear. Methods: Diabetic rat model wounded endothelial cell were established to observe possible PBMT using for healing. Cells animals separated into four groups exposed and/or BL. Cell viability, apoptosis, migration, as well expression level nitric...
The formations of different types laser-induced periodic surface structures (LIPSS) on the GaP crystals with laser fluence are researched in experiments. transition from high spatial frequency LIPSS (HSFL) to low (LSFL) occurred as number irradiated pulse increased. finite difference time domain method combined holographic ablation model is used simulate formation under irradiation multiple pulses. Different ripples predicted by electromagnetic approach. Results demonstrate that origins HSFL...
In this paper, surface renewable carbon microelectrode arrays (MEAs) were developed using microfabrication technology and successfully applied in heavy metal ion sensing.
Several models on the circadian effect have been applied to indoor lighting design, but applications in road not yet clarified. Based existing and research, we examined equivalent melanopic lux (EML), light (CLA), stimulus (CS) representing S/P ratio mesopic vision effect, among a dataset of sources at photopic adaptation illuminance values 1, 3, 10, 30, 100 lx. The results show that correlates with EML CS (or CLA) much stronger than it color temperature. EMLs are below 50 vision, CSs most...
In this paper, ultrasensitive electrochemical determination of phosphate in water is achieved by using hydrophilic TiO2 modified glassy carbon electrodes for the first time. The differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) method proposed to measure as techniques offer higher sensitivity compared with conventional cyclic (CV) method. Hydrophilic films were obtained upon ultraviolet (UV) illumination after precursor emulsions coated on surfaces electrodes, and used determination. Contact angle...
Oxygen plasma immersion ion implantation (O-PIII) was introduced to modify the surface of indium tin oxide (ITO) thin films. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Kelvin probe were employed study work function treated ITO The results showed that can be further enhanced by O-PIII treatment based on an oxygen inductively coupled (O-ICP). change in correlated largely with stoichiometry high should attributed elimination vacancies. modified films a rapid decreasing trend time-dependent curve...
Al-doped zinc-oxide (AZO) thin films treated by oxygen and chlorine inductively coupled plasma (ICP) were compared. Kelvin probe (KP) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) employed to characterize the effect of treatment. The results KP measurement show that surface work function AZO can increase up 5.92 eV after ICP (O-ICP)'s treatment, which means was increased at least 1.1 eV. However, treatment (Cl-ICP), 5.44 eV, increment 0.6 And 10 days later, still 0.4 O-ICP's while Cl-ICP's came...
