Outbreaks of spring viraemia carp virus (SVCV) in several species and other cultivated fish can cause significant mortality jeopardize the billion-dollar worldwide industry. Spring virus, also known as Rhabdovirus carpio, is a bullet-shaped RNA that enters amplifies gill epithelium later spreads to internal organs. Young under stressed conditions (spring cold water, etc.) are more vulnerable SVCV-induced lethality because their lack mature immune system. Currently, host response SVCV remains...

Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng is the only species in genus Miki ex Cheng, which belongs to Cupressaceae family. There were around ten genus, widely spread across Northern Hemisphere during Cretaceous of Mesozoic and Cenozoic. M. remaining representative this genus. Here, we report complete chloroplast (cp) genome sequence cp genomic features glyptostroboides. The 131,887 bp length, with a total 117 genes comprised 82 protein-coding genes, 31 tRNA four rRNA genes. In genome, 11...

Cadmium, one of the most toxic heavy metals, can cause severe oxidative damage to aquatic animals. However, mechanism whereby mud crabs respond cadmium exposure remains unclear. This study investigated effects on stress and histopathology changes evaluated role Nrf2 signaling pathway in regulating responses cadmium-induced hepatotoxicity were crabs. Mud exposed 0, 0.01, 0.05, 0.125 mg/L for 21 d. The present results indicated that increased hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) production, lipid...

(Lamb.) Hook (Chinese fir) is an important tree, commercially and ecologically, in southern China. The traditional regenerating methods are based on organogenesis cutting propagation. Here, we report the development of a high-frequency somatic embryogenesis (SE) regeneration system synchronized via liquid culture from immature zygotic embryos. Following synchronization, PEM II cell aggregates were developmentally equivalent appearance to cleaved Embryo suspensor growth subsequent occurrence...

Abstract The aim of this study was to extract and purify anthocyanins from Lycium ruthenicum Murr. evaluate their tyrosinase inhibitory activity. Response surface methodology devoted optimize enzyme‐assisted extraction L. dried fruits. Extraction at 38 °C for 37 min using water‐containing pectinase (52.04 mg/100 g fruit) rendered an anthocyanin yield 19.51 ± 0.21 mg/g. purified were separated the by macroporous resin XDA‐6. Antioxidant tests in vitro suggested that exhibited a potent...

We report a narrow bandwidth spatiotemporal mode-locked (STML) ytterbium-doped fiber laser, based on homemade carbon nanotube/polyvinyl alcohol composite film and the multimode interference filtering effect. The wavelength-tunable STML operations combined with different pulse states are achieved, including single pulse, multiple pulses, harmonics. 3-dB at single-pulse state is 103 pm, while harmonic state, it as 26 pm. To give an insight into generation of numerical simulations performed....

Spatiotemporal mode-locked (STML) fiber lasers have become a new platform for investigating nonlinear phenomena. In this work, spatiotemporal dual-periodic soliton pulsation (SDSP) is firstly observed in an STML laser. It found that the SDSP, long-period pulsations (LPPs) of different transverse modes are synchronous, while short-period (SPPs) exhibit asynchronous modulations. The numerical simulation confirms experimental results and further reveals proportion mode components can manipulate...
