Hypochlorite (OCl–) plays a key role in the immune system and is involved various diseases. Accordingly, direct detection of endogenous OCl– at subcellular level important for understanding inflammation cellular apoptosis. In current study, two-photon fluorescent off/on probe (PNIS) bearing imidazoline-2-thione as an recognition unit triphenylphosphine (TPP) mitochondrial-targeting group was synthesized examined its ability to image mitochondrial situ. This probe, based on specific reaction...
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is a signaling gasotransmitter, which plays various roles in modulating the functions of different systems. In this study, "turn-on" fluorescent probe for H2S was developed. The probe, whose design based on familiar excited state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) fluorophore bearing aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics, found to exhibit an 80-fold fluorescence enhancement along with large Stokes shift upon addition H2S. Furthermore, successfully...
In this study, we developed a two-photon fluorescent probe for detection of peroxynitrite (ONOO–) near the N-methyl-d-aspartate (NMDA) receptor. This naphthalimide-based contains boronic acid reactive group and an ifenprodil-like tail, which serves as NMDA receptor targeting unit. The displays high sensitivity selectivity, along with fast response time in aqueous solution. More importantly, can be employed fluorescence microscopy to detect endogenous ONOO– receptors neuronal cells well...
A new quinone propionic acid locked TP fluorophore which can be used for human NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase (hNQO1) detection was developed. The probe, TPQ, displays high selectivity and anti-interference ability, successfully applied to endogenous hNQO1 imaging the identification of different cancer cells.
Bioactivity-guided isolation of a crude extract from culture broth Bacillus sp. has led to the (-)-4-hydroxysattabacin (1). The inhibitory effect (1) was investigated on melanogenesis in murine melanoma cell line, B16F10, and human MNT-1, as well pigmented 3D-human skin model. (-)-4-Hydroxysattabacin treatment decreased melanin contents dose-dependent manner α-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH)-stimulated B16F10 cells. Quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR) demonstrated that with...
Antartin (1), a new zizaane-type sesquiterpene, was isolated from Streptomyces sp. SCO736. The chemical structure of 1 assigned the interpretation 1D and 2D NMR in addition to mass spectrometric data. relative stereochemistry determined by analysis NOE data, while absolute decided based on comparison experimental calculated electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra. (1) showed cytotoxicity against A549, H1299, U87 cancer cell lines causing cycle arrest at G1 phase.
The convergent and enantioselective synthesis of a highly potent human peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor delta agonist is presented. More specifically, the thiazoline structure, which constitutes biosynthetically distinctive core structure pulicatin (a secondary metabolite symbiotic bacteria), was synthesized from commercially available inexpensive chiral pool l-threonine.
This paper presents a phase-lock loop (PLL) realized in standard 65-nm CMOS technology, which multiplies 50-MHz reference to generate 1.0~4.5 GHz clock signals. The proposed PLL consists of PFD, charge pump, 3rd-order LPF, ring VCO, 2/3 prescaler, and 6-bit divider, providing low cost, small area, wide tuning characteristics. Post-layout simulations reveal that the achieves range, -94-dBc/Hz phase noise at 3 with 1-MHz offset, 6.6-mW power dissipation from single 1.2-V supply. chip core...
Researches on the elimination of sulfur and nitrogen oxides with catalysts absorbents reported many problems related efficiency complex devices. In this study, decomposition harmful gases was investigated. It found that rate can be increased by moving together SPCP reactor catalysis reactor. Calcium hydroxide(<TEX>$Ca(OH)_2$</TEX>), CaO, <TEX>$TiO_2$</TEX> were used as catalysts. Harmful air polluting such <TEX>$SO_2$</TEX> measured for analysis efficiency, power consumption, voltage...
