Biliary atresia (BA) is a congenital cholestatic disease that can seriously damage children’s liver function. It one of the main reasons for transplantation in children. Early diagnosis BA crucial to prognosis patients, but there still lack reliable non-invasive diagnostic methods. Additionally, as some children are urgent need transplantation, evaluating stage fibrosis and postoperative native survival with using straightforward, efficient, less traumatic method major focus doctors. Colorectal cancer is a prevalent and life-threatening disease, where colorectal liver metastasis (CRLM) exhibits the highest mortality rate. Currently, surgery stands as most effective curative option for eligible patients. However, due to insufficient performance of traditional methods lack multi-modality MRI feature complementarity in existing deep learning methods, prognosis CRLM surgical resection has not been fully explored. This paper proposes new method, multi-modal guided...

In order to explore the relationship between active participation and self-efficacy in quality of sports facilities exercise satisfaction, this study takes into account perspective biomechanics. A survey was conducted among 361 urban residents aged 16 above Yongzhou City. The “Sports Facilities Quality Scale”, “Active Participation “Self-Efficacy “Exercise Satisfaction Scale” were utilized, with an added consideration biomechanical factors. Abstract Background Patients with IL10RA-deficient inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) generally have a poor prognosis, high mortality and significant rate of intestinal surgeries. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is currently the main cure, but most patients still face death after transplantation. The study analyzes prognosis without HSCT, aiming to explore factors associated both need for surgery, as well establish short-term prognostic models. Methods retrospectively enrolled...

Abstract Background Copepods are highly diverse and abundant, resulting in extensive ecological radiation marine ecosystems. Calanus sinicus dominates continental shelf waters the northwest Pacific Ocean plays an important role local ecosystem by linking primary production to higher trophic levels. A lack of effective molecular markers has hindered phylogenetic population genetic studies concerning copepods. As they genome-level informative, mitochondrial DNA sequences can be used as for...

Despite their species abundance and primary economic importance, genomic information about copepods is still limited. In particular, resources are lacking for the copepod Calanus sinicus, which a dominant in coastal waters of East Asia. this study, we performed de novo transcriptome sequencing to produce large number expressed sequence tags C. sinicus.Copepodid larvae adults were used as basic material sequencing. Using 454 pyrosequencing, total 1,470,799 reads obtained, assembled into...

Shipboard incubations were conducted in spring (April) and autumn (October/November) 2006 to measure the feeding egg production rates (EPR) of Calanus sinicus Yellow Sea, China. The ingestion rate (2.08–11.46 0.26–3.70 μg C female−1 day−1 autumn, respectively) was positively correlated with microplankton carbon concentrations. In northern part on easily covers respiratory requirements, whereas southern frontal zone C. must ingest alternative food sources. Low rates, no dominance fifth...

Glutamate toxicity is estimated to be the key cause of photoreceptor degeneration in pathogenesis retinal degenerative diseases. Oxidative stress and Ca(2+) influx induced by glutamate are responsible for apoptosis process degeneration. Puerarin, a primary component Kudzu root, has been widely used clinical treatment diseases China decades; however, detailed molecular mechanism underlying this effect remains unclear. In study, neuroprotective puerarin against glutamate-induced cytotoxicity...
