牙源性透明细胞癌是一种罕见的牙源性肿瘤，由成片的、巢状的空泡细胞及透明细胞构成的上皮性恶性肿瘤。我们收集1996年至2016年间国内报道的牙源性透明细胞癌22例，其中男女患者比例为1∶1，发病平均年龄为45.5岁，多发生于下颌骨。患者发病病程最短约4个月，最长约50年，随访到的病例中有6例出现复发转移，1例死亡。临床表现为患者颌骨膨胀，少数感轻微疼痛、牙齿松动、移位。影像学显示为放射性透光性溶骨性骨质缺损，边界不清，可伴牙根吸收。镜下见肿瘤由形态较为一致的透明细胞组成，其组织形态易与其他部位来源的透明细胞肿瘤相混淆。肿瘤单纯切除可导致多次复发、转移甚至死亡，最常见的转移部位为肺和淋巴结。如何及时对其做出正确诊断具有重要的临床意义，我们着重对牙源性透明细胞癌的临床病理特点、诊断标准及鉴别诊断等做出总结。.
