Background: Postoperative residual rotatory laxity remains despite improvement in surgical techniques for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction (ACLR). Purpose: To evaluate factors associated with pivot shift after ACLR by quantitative measurement of the before and surgery. Study Design: Case-control study; Level evidence, 3. Methods: A total 97 patients who underwent primary double-bundle between June 2016 March 2021 surgery to remove staples, at least 12 months follow-up...

Although aneurysmal bone cysts (ABCs) are benign tumours, they have the potential to be locally aggressive. Various treatment approaches, such as en bloc resection, open curettage, radiotherapy, sclerotherapy, and embolization been proposed, but most appropriate should selected after considering risk of tumour recurrence complications. Endoscopic curettage (ESC) may a less invasive alternative for ABC treatment. We aimed describe use ESC ABCs report our clinical outcomes, including incidence...

Membrane resting and action potentials of the oyster heart were studied, using both an ultramicroelectrode a suction electrode. Intracellular potential monophasic extracellular led off from electrode show very similar patterns. Action can be classified into two types, but they all have basic slow change superimposed by rapid spike component. The close similarity to vertebrate smooth muscle or pacemaker was discussed. With application picrotoxin, remarkable prolongation resembling cardiac obtained.

Nine patients with enchondromas in the hand were treated by endoscopic curettage of tumour without bone grafting. The procedure was performed on an out-patient basis using axillary block anaesthesia. New formation and remodelling lesions observed all patients. There no postoperative fractures, infections, recurrences or other complications. Functional recovery rapid. We conclude that grafting is effective treatment enchondroma hand.

Action potentials recorded simultaneously from renal various regions ureter, they used to indicate arrival excitation. In -deficient solutions, both frequency velocity decreased gradually, finally block occurred at border between ureter. -free solution spontaneous was not observed in most cases.
