症例は41歳，男性．急性骨髄性白血病に対し，17歳時に姉から同種骨髄移植を受けた．24年の寛解期間の後，41歳時にびまん性大細胞型B細胞リンパ腫を発症した．病理標本の異性間FISH検索により，ドナー細胞由来のリンパ腫であることが示された．診断後，化学療法により寛解を維持している．造血幹細胞移植後，長期寛解を経てドナー細胞由来の悪性リンパ腫を発症した本例は極めて稀な症例と考えられた．
