目的: 调查分析手外伤住院患者医疗经济负担及其影响因素,为制定卫生服务政策及防治手外伤提供依据。 方法: 于2015年7月至2016年6月,采用问卷调查法,收集1 538例手外伤住院患者的社会人口学资料及间接医疗费用数据;借助医院病案信息管理系统统计患者直接医疗费用及支付方式;以直接医疗费用为因变量建立多元回归模型,分析职业性手外伤住院患者直接医疗费用的影响因素。 结果: 手外伤住院患者医疗经济负担每例平均19 121.63元,其中直接医疗费用占84.91%,间接医疗费用占15.09%;手外伤住院患者参保比例达91.74%,新农合、城镇居民医保、城镇职工医保、工伤保险分别占30.82%、16.12%、23.60%、21.20%,完全自费和私企自费分别占3.12%、5.14%,新农合、城镇居民医保、城镇职工医保、工伤保险参保患者平均自付费用分别为13 274.62、7 158.68、4 825.94、0元。损伤严重程度及医疗付费方式是职业性手外伤住院患者直接医疗费用的正向预测因子(β=79.161、24.203)。 结论:...
