Decay spectra during the rf heating were identified as parametric decay into cold lower-hybrid waves and ion-cyclotron at plasma surface. The influence of growth conditions on rf-magnetron sputtered lead zirconate titanate (or PZT) thin films has been investigated, and the structural electrical properties PZT have examined. It was found that Pb content in a film is proportional to rf power, thereby making it possible control composition precisely. The absolute efficiencies of a microchannel-plate detector for He + and 0 were measured in the energy range 1 to 10 keV.
