目的:探讨IL-1B.1473基因与萎缩性胃炎的相关性. 方法:选择上海同济医院经病理确诊的慢性萎缩性胃炎和慢性浅表性胃炎患者各100例,收集其外周血标本和流行病学调查资料,抽提标本DNA,以多重SNaPshot技术检测IL—IB.1473单核苷酸多态性.结果:IL-1B-1473基因在萎缩组和非萎缩组的基因型分布频率未见显著性差异.IL-1B.1473基因与慢性萎缩性胃炎的萎缩程度无显著关联,携带.1473G/G的个体与携带.1473C/C者比较,其发生萎缩的危险性增加32%(OR=1.32,95%CI:0.55.3.16),但未达到统计学显著性水平. 结论:IL-1B-1473基因具有萎缩性胃炎易感性.
