Microglial canonical transient receptor potential channel 1 (TRPC1) has been proposed to influence neuroinflammation after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury (CIRI), however, the underlying mechanism remains poorly understood. This study demonstrates that TRPC1 is modified by small ubiquitin-related modifier (SUMO)ylation. Our findings suggest a notable increase in microglial SUMOylation within both middle artery occlusion (MCAO/R) model vitro oxygen-glucose deprivation/regeneration...

This study investigates the impact of heavy metal contamination in lead-zinc tailings on plant and soil microbial communities, focusing resilience mechanisms rhizosphere microorganisms these extreme environments. Utilizing metagenomic techniques, we identified a significant association between Coriaria nepalensis Wall. communities metal(loid) resistance genes. Our results reveal notable diversity abundance bacteria within tailings, primarily consisting Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria,...

Abstract The ferroelectricity of hafnia-based thin films has garnered considerable attention in both academic researches and industrial applications. However, the fundamental properties, such as high coercivity, wake-up effect, mechanism have not been fully elucidated. Here we report crystallization orientation control structural phase pure HfO 2 films. Both (001)- (111)-oriented exhibit a mixture ferroelectric orthorhombic non-ferroelectric monoclinic phases. With decreasing film thickness,...

Hyperspectral image denoising is an important research topic in the field of remote sensing processing. Recently, methods based on non-local low-rank tensor approximation have gained widespread attention towing to their ability fully exploit self-similarity. However, existing fall short capturing correlations between various modes hyperspectral images, thus failing achieve optimal approximation. To solve this issue, a novel three-directional log-based nuclear norm (3DLogTNN)-based model...

<title>Abstract</title> The Distributed Permutation Flow-shop Scheduling Problem (DPFSP) is a classic issue in distributed scheduling that involves job allocation and processing order within factory, it known to be NP-hard. Numerous researchers have proposed various intelligent optimization algorithms address the DPFSP; however, achieving solutions of sufficient quality meet production practice requirements remains challenging. To tackle multi-objective DPFSP, this paper proposes novel...

Flexible load can improve the wind power consumption capacity of farms, reduce system cost, and energy utilization efficiency integrated (IES), which is an important means to alleviate contradiction between supply demand side. To this end, planning model considering flexible loads constructed analyze impact on IES operations. The algorithm results prove that proposed effectively ensure economy reliability farm operation, provide a theoretical reference for unified various farms.
