최근 농경지의 급격한 감소와 더불어 도시화, 경지정리, 도로공사 및 혁신도시 건설 등으로 토지이용의 변화가 심하게 발생되고 있다. 특히, 토지이용 변화심화지역인 경기도 고양시, 충청남도 천안시, 강원도 원주시를 대상으로 토지 이용변화실태, 토양특성변화양상, 토양도수정내용 기업도시 편입되는 지역의 토양환경분석을 하였다. 이에 대한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 우리나라의 경지면적 (2011년)은 2009년대비 17.3 ha가 감소되었다. 논의 경우 24.2 감소되었으나, 밭의 경우에는 7.0 증가하였다. 2. 면적 감소사유로는 논밭전환 (20.7 ha) > 공공시설 (3.2) <TEX>${\geq}$</TEX> 건물건축 유휴지 (1.3) 기타 (0.9) 순이며, 밭 면적의 증가원인은 개간 (4.5) 복구 (0.3) 순이었다. 논밭전환의 이유는 논농사에서 농가소득이 높은 밭작물 내지 시설작물로 전환하는 것으로 생각된다. 3. 토지이용변화가 심한 해당시군의 농경지감소 (논,...

본 연구는 효소보충치료(ERT)를 받고 있는 뮤코다당증 환자들의 경험을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 질적 연구방법을 적용하였고, 효소보충치료를 7명의 성인환자를 대상으로. 2018년 7월 1일 부터 22일까지 심층 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 개별 면담 자료는 필사하여 귀납적 내용 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 환자의 경험은 최종 4개의 범주(효소보충치료를 통한 신체‧심리적 변화, 효소보충치료라는 계속되는 터널, 치료에 대한 현실 받아들이기, 조심스러운 희망)와 15개의 하위 범주로 도출되었다. 따라서, 의사 및 간호사는 이러한 고려하여 돌봄 을 제공해야 할 것이고, 정부 또한 신체적 증상 뿐 아니라 효소보충치료로 인한 어려움을 고려한 실질적 인 정책을 마련할 필요가 있다. 희귀질환인 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가

2021년 4월 유럽연합 집행위원회가 야심차게 발표한 인공지능법안은 약 1년이 지난 지금도 제정 과정에 있다. 집행위원회는 인공지능법안에 일반정보보호규정(GDPR)과 유사한 조항을 많이 도입하면서도 한편으로는 3년간의 GDPR 집행 경험을 바탕으로 인공지능법안의 강력한 집행을 뒷받침할 수 있는 거버넌스 조항들을 추가하였다. 이러한 통해 우리는 효과적이고 일관된 시행을 위해 인공지능위원회를 총괄하고, 이 회원국에 맡겨져 국내 규제에 대한 관리ㆍ감독을 구체화하려 했다고 추정할 다만 집행위원회의 이런 시도는 1년 뒤인 2022년 유럽의회와 이사회가 보고서의 수정안에서 대부분 수정되었다. 수정안에는 인공지능위원회의 독립성이 명시되어 있고, 위원장도 아닌 인공지능위원회 회원 중 한 명을 선출하는 쪽으로 바뀌었기 때문이다. 또한 수정안은 위원회의 장악력을 약화시키는 대신 업무 내용을 추가하여 역할과 권한을 공고히 하고, GDPR과 더 도입해 인공지능위원회가 회원국의 감독기관 사이를...
