ABSTRACT Background Around 1.9 million new cases and 1 deaths worldwide were attributed to colorectal cancer (CRC) in 2020. Aims The aims of this study are assess the cost‐effectiveness a multi‐target stool DNA‐based screening strategy, COLOTECT, compared faecal immunochemical tests (FIT), colonoscopy, no Asian population inform more choices for policymakers screening. Method Results We assume that 100,000 persons aged 50 undergo annual FIT, COLOTECT testing, or colonoscopies every 10 years...

In an analysis of a 2.92~fb$^{-1}$ data sample taken at 3.773~GeV with the BESIII detector operated BEPCII collider, we measure absolute decay branching fractions to be $\mathcal B(D^0 \to K^-e^+ν_e)=(3.505\pm 0.014 \pm 0.033)\%$ and π^-e^+ν_e)=(0.295\pm 0.004\pm 0.003)\%$. From study differential rates obtain products hadronic form factor magnitude CKM matrix element $f_{+}^K(0)|V_{cs}|=0.7172\pm0.0025\pm 0.0035$ $f_{+}^π(0)|V_{cd}|=0.1435\pm0.0018\pm 0.0009$. Combining these values...

Using a data sample of 106 million $ψ(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector operated at BEPCII storage ring, we study for first time decay $χ_{cJ}\toϕK^{0}_S K^{\pm}π^{\mp}$ and $χ_{cJ}\toϕK^{+} K^{-}π^{0}$ in E1 radiative transition $ψ(3686)\toγχ_{cJ}$. The decays are dominated by three-body $χ_{cJ}\to ϕK^*(892)\bar{K}$. We measure branching fractions this reaction via neutral charged $K^*(892)$ find them consistent each other within expectation isospin symmetry. In $K\bar{K}π$...

We search for the rare decay $D^+\to D^0 e^+ν_{e}$, using a data set with an integrated luminosity of 2.93 $\rm fb^{-1}$ collected at $\sqrt{s}=3.773$ GeV BESIII detector operating BEPCII storage rings. No signals are observed. upper limit on branching fraction e^+ν_e$ to be $1.0\times 10^{-4}$ 90\% confidence level.

Based on the data sample of $448.1\times10^{6}$ $ψ(3686)$ events collected with BESIII detector at BEPCII, we present a study decays $ψ(3686)\rightarrowγχ_{cJ}\rightarrowγ\bar{p}K^{*+}Λ+c.c.$ and $ψ(3686)\rightarrow\bar{p}K^{*+}Λ+c.c.$. The branching fractions $χ_{cJ}\rightarrow\bar{p}K^{*+}Λ+c.c.$ ($J$=0, 1, 2) are measured to be $(4.8\pm0.7\pm0.5)\times10^{-4}$, $(5.0\pm0.5\pm0.4)\times10^{-4}$, $(8.2\pm0.9\pm0.7)\times10^{-4}$, respectively, where first uncertainties statistical second...

Using a $3.19~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ data sample collected at the $\sqrt{s}~=~4.178$ GeV with BESIII detector, we search for rare decay $D_{s}^{+} \rightarrow p \bar{p} e^{+} ν_{e} $. No significant signal is observed, and an upper limit of $\mathcal{B}(D_{s}^{+} ν_{e}) < 2.0 \times 10^{-4}$ set 90\% confidence level. This measurement useful input in understanding baryonic transition $D_{s}^{+}$ mesons.

Based on a sample of $448.1\times10^6\ ψ(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector, study $ψ(3686)\toΛ\barΛπ^0$ and $ψ(3686)\toΛ\barΛη$ is performed. Evidence isospin-violating decay found for first time statistical significance $3.7σ$, branching fraction $\mathcal{B}(ψ(3686)\toΛ\barΛπ^0)$ measured to be $(1.42\pm0.39\pm0.59)\times10^{-6}$, its corresponding upper limit determined $2.47\times10^{-6}$ at 90\% confidence level.
