Mortality rates in acute mesenteric ischemia remain at an extremely high level for many decades. Early diagnosis and selection of the optimal method revascularization are among ways to optimize tactics. The diagnostic study choice is CT angiography. Its active systemic use can help detect reversible stage. article examines detail indications application this study. question preference remains debatable. arguments proponents open endovascular interventions on vessels presented. Other, still...

Until now, surgery is a standard treatment strategy in liver trauma. However, continuous evolution and improvement of imaging interventional techniques open wide perspective for conservative management trauma patients. In the recent years, this method getting more widely used becomes component care protocols patients with tertiary centers.
