Introduction One of the main functions cutaneous tissues is to protect our body from outdoor insults. Ozone (O3) among most toxic stressors which we are continuously exposed and because its critical location, skin one susceptible oxidative damaging effect O3. O3 not able penetrate skin, although it a radical per se, damage mainly consequence ability induce stress via formation lipid peroxidation products. Aim Study In this study investigated protective defined "antioxidant" mixtures against...

Background Patients with heart failure reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and atrial fibrillation are mostly elderly patients, persistent (PerAF) multiple comorbidities tends to have a worse clinical prognosis. However, there is lack of randomised trial investigate the impact catheter ablation (CA) on outcomes in older PerAF combined HFrEF. Objective This study aims compare effects CA versus medical rate control (MRC) severity indicators Methods Older patients HFrEF underwent transthoracic...

Estuarine ecosystems interconnect freshwater and marine environments, comprise multiple highly dynamic complex microhabitats. The resident microbiota in estuary is influenced by contrasting microenvironmental heterogeneity. However, the bacterial patterns assembly processes different microhabitats of estuarine ecosystem are not well studied. The analysis single DCVs has largely been possible only using electron microscopy, which makes understanding cargo segregation DCV heterogeneity difficult. To address these limitations, we developed genetically-encoded markers for that can be used in combination with standard immunohistochemistry expansion to enable single-vesicle resolution confocal microscopy.
