目的 探讨原发额骨套细胞淋巴瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗方案和预后。 方法 回顾性分析莆田学院附属医院收治的1例原发额骨套细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床资料,并进行文献复习。 结果 该患者因头晕行影像学检查提示右侧额骨板障内类梭形细胞病变,嗜酸性肉芽肿,后经右额骨嗜酸性肉芽肿切除,病理检查明确诊断为套细胞淋巴瘤。一线使用CHOP方案化疗4个疗程。44个月后复发,二线予GEMOX方案化疗8个疗程后复查PET-CT提示完全缓解,后予沙利度胺维持治疗,患者维持无事件生存。 结论 原发额骨套细胞淋巴瘤临床上较罕见,发病率低,化疗效果较好。
