본 연구는 장애인과 비장애인간의 고혈압 및 당뇨병 유병에 미치는 요인을 파악하고 특히 장애보유 여부가 영향 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2014년 장애인실태조사와 2012-2014년 국민건강영양조사 원자료 18,021건을 활용하여 비장애인의 고혈압, 유병률을 산출하였으며, 가중치를 적용한 로지스틱 회귀분석 성향점수매칭법을 장애가 영향을 살펴보았다. 장애인의 유병률은 44.67%, 22.38%로 비장애인에 비해 각각 1.79배, 2.43배 높았다. 결과 연령, 성별, 소득수준 등이 유의한 영향요인이었다. 장애인은 유병의 가능성이 1.87배(95% 신뢰구간 1.70-2.06) 높았으며, 가능성은 1.78배(95% 1.58-2.00) 성향점수매칭 후 차이(ATT)는 0.139였으며, 당뇨병의 경우 ATT는 0.082로 통계적으로 차이가 있었다. 연구결과를 통해 볼 때, 장애인에 대한 적극적인 만성질환 관리 정책이 필요하다.The purpose of this study was...

본 연구는 장애인과 비장애인간의 사망수준을 피할 수 있는 사망을 중심으로 비교하고, 장애여부와 다른 요인들이 사망에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 2002-2013년 건강보험코호트 원자료 525,674건을 활용하여 간접 연령표준화 총사망, 75세 미만 사망률(치료가능 사망, 예방가능 사망)을 산출하였다. 장애여부 및 기타 누적 위험을 확인하기 생존분석을 시행하였다. 장애인의 경우 비장애인에 비해 연령이 높으며, 사회경제적 수준이 낮으며, 취약한 건강행태를 가지고 경우가 많으며, 만성질환에 이환된 분율 역시 높았다. 연령표준화사망률은 치료가능 사망 372.1(10만명 당), 347.8(10만명 당)로 4.9배, 2.1배 장애 유무 사망유형과 상관없이 남성, 고연령, 당뇨병을 사망의 위험이 유의하게 컸다. 유형과 장애인은 높았으며, 특히 높았다(총사망 1.45배, 총사망 1.67배, 2.20배, 1.45배). 연구결과를 통해 사망수준, 파악하는 것이 건강정책을...
