Les flux mondiaux de voyageurs et migrants sont en augmentation, tendant à globaliser l’épidémiologie des maladies infectieuses tropicales. L’accueil réanimation d’un patient septique au retour voyage n’est désormais plus rare. Pourtant, les connaissances cliniciens occidentaux concernant tropicales est rapportée comme faible dans la littérature, discordance avec données épidémiologiques.
