Abstract. The Tibetan Plateau (TP) plays a critical role in influencing regional and global climate, via both thermal dynamical mechanisms. Meanwhile, as the largest high-elevation part of cryosphere outside polar regions, with vast areas mountain glaciers, permafrost seasonally frozen ground, TP is characterized an area sensitive to climate change. However, meteorological stations are biased sparsely distributed over TP, owing harsh environmental conditions, high elevations, complex...

The interaction between endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and mitochondria has been shown to play a key role in hepatic steatosis during chronic obesity. β-nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) reported regulate obesity, however, its molecular mechanism at the subcellular level remains unclear. Here, NMN improved liver insulin resistance high-fat diet (HFD) mice. RNA-seq showed that compared with of HFD mice, intervention enhanced fat digestion absorption stimulated cholesterol metabolism signaling...

Abstract Adiponectin (APN) deficiency has also been associated with Alzheimer‐like pathologies. Recent studies have illuminated the importance of APN signaling in reducing Aβ accumulation, and elimination mechanism remains rudimentary. Therefore, we aimed to elucidate role accumulation its abnormalities by targeting autophagy lysosomal protein changes. To assess, performed a combined pharmacological genetic approach while using preclinical models human samples. Our results demonstrated that...

Abstract In a stable boundary layer (SBL), turbulence is generally weak and exhibits significant intermittent characteristics. Interactions among motions of different scales complicate its structural evolution, making prediction challenging. This study focuses on two typical processes in the SBL: low‐level jet (LLJ) internal gravity waves (IGWs), investigating how their interactions influence evolution structures. Utilizing full observation network data processing system at Zhongchuan...
