Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) is characterized by fat accumulation in the liver. MASLD encompasses both steatosis and MASH. Since MASH can lead to cirrhosis cancer, must be distinguished during patient treatment. Here, we investigate genomes, epigenomes, transcriptomes of patients identify signature gene set for more accurate tracking progression.

Significance Autosomal-dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is the most common genetic renal disease, primarily caused by germline mutation of PKD1 or PKD2 , leading to end-stage disease. There are few cures for ADPKD, although many researchers trying find a cure. The Hippo signaling pathway regulates organ growth and cell proliferation. Abstract Dendritic cells are antigen-presenting orchestrating innate and adaptive immunity. The crucial role of transcription factors histone modifications in the transcriptional regulation dendritic has been extensively studied. However, it is not well understood whether how three-dimensional chromatin folding controls gene expression cells.
