Traditional reductions of alkenes, such as using stoichiometric reductants with waste generation and catalytic hydrogenation high-pressure H2, are accompanied by environmental or safety issues. Herein, we demonstrated a universal method for the electrocatalytic deuteration alkenes modified electrodes under ambient temperature. The key M-H/M-D species alkene reduction were generated from electrolysis H2O/D2O on electrodes, which avoided usage H2 D2. Mono-, di-, tri-, tetra-substituted...

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in world. However, current biomarkers that discriminate HCC from liver cirrhosis (LC) are important but limited. More reliable for diagnosis therefore needed. Serum patients, LC patients and healthy volunteers were analyzed using NMR LC/MS-based approach conjunction with random forest (RF) analysis to their serum metabolic profiles. Thirty-two potential have been identified, feasibility these was evaluated, where 100%...

A novel and regioselective approach to carbonyl-containing alkyl chlorides via silver-catalyzed ring-opening chlorination of cycloalkanols is reported. Concurrent C(sp3)–C(sp3) bond cleavage C(sp3)–Cl formation efficiently occur with good yields under mild conditions, the chlorinated products are readily transformed into other useful synthetic intermediates drugs. The reaction features complete regioselectivity, high efficiency, excellent practicality.

Abstract Osteoporosis, characterized by bone mass reduction and increased fractures, has become a global health problem that seriously affects the of people, especially postmenopausal women; however, current pathogenesis osteoporosis (PMOP) not been thoroughly elucidated to date. In this study, bilateral ovariectomy was performed establish an OVX mouse model osteoporosis. UPLC-Q-TOF-MS-based lipidomics in combination with metabolomics were used analyze femur tissue mice. We found 11 polar...

Abstract Dearomative annulation of indoles has emerged as a powerful tool for the preparation polycyclic indoline‐based alkaloids. Compared with well‐established methods towards five‐membered‐ring‐fused indolines, six‐membered‐ring‐fused indolines are rarely accessed under thermal conditions. Herein, dearomative [4+2] between different is developed through an electrochemical pathway. This transformation offers remarkably regio‐ and stereoselective route to highly functionalized pyrimido[5,4‐...

Abstract The damage-associated molecular pattern molecules (DAMPs) released by necrotic cells can trigger inflammatory response, which will facilitate the clearance of these dead cells. Neutrophil mobilization is a very important step for cell clearance, however detailed mechanisms DAMPs induce neutrophil remains largely elusive. In this study, using cell-induced mice model, we found that both number and percentage rapidly (as early as 30 min) increased with but not live treatment. CXCL1 was...

A strategy for oxidative Csp3–H/N–H cross-coupling is presented. This reaction successfully utilizes 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-p-benzoquinone (DDQ) and tert-butyl nitrite (TBN) as co-catalysts to construct the biomedical applicable biheteroarenes under aerobic conditions. Notably, this amination successful with a wide range of alkylheteroarenes could be used functionalization tactic pharmaceutical research other areas.
