Major depressive disorder is one of the most common neuropsychiatric diseases and it a global public health problem that leads to disabilities. Currently, there growing need explore novel strategy cure major due limitation available treatments. Rannasangpei (RSNP) traditional Tibetan medicine which acts as therapeutic agent in various acute or chronic diseases, including cardiovascular neurodegenerative diseases. Crocin-1 coloring ingredient saffron exhibited anti-oxidative anti-inflammatory...
In this study, we investigate the existence of mild solutions for a class Hilfer fractional stochastic evolution equations with order μ∈(1,2) and type ν∈[0,1]. We prove when semigroup is compact as well noncompact. Our approach based on Schauder fixed point theorem, Ascoli–Arzelà theorem Kuratowski measure noncompactness. An example also provided, to demonstrate efficacy method.
Coumarins, derived from the phenylpropanoid pathway, represent one of primary metabolites found in angiosperms. The alignment tetrahydropyran (THP) and tetrahydrofuran (THF) rings with lactone structure results formation at least four types complex coumarins. However, mechanisms underlying structural diversity coumarin remain poorly understood. Here, we report chromosome-level genome assembly Notopterygium incisum, spanning 1.64 Gb, a contig N50 value 22.7 Mb 60,021 annotated protein-coding...
Cobalamins comprise a group of cobalt-containing organometallic cofactors that play important roles in cellular metabolism. Although many cobalamin-dependent methyltransferases (e.g., methionine synthase MetH) have been extensively studied, new are and utilize radical chemistry catalysis is just beginning to be appreciated. In this Concept article, we summarize recent advances the understanding radical-based discuss functional mechanistic diversity emerging class enzymes.
In response to past climatic changes, the species with different habits or adaptive traits likely have experienced very evolutionary histories, especially for that restricted high mountain areas. order trace how Quaternary oscillations affected range distributions and intraspecific divergence of such alpine plants on Tibetan Plateau, here, we investigated maternally inherited chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) markers biparentally nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) variations aimed...
Although the rhizomes of Rheum nobile Hook. f. et Thoms (Polygonaceae) are widely used in Tibetan medicine, no previous investigations regarding biological activities and rarely chemical constituents this plant have been reported. As part an ongoing search for novel bioactive agents, a phytochemical investigation R. led to isolation two new compounds Rheumone B (1) piceatannol-4'-O-β-D-(6″-O-acetyl)-glucoside (2), together with 15 known by gel filtration over Sephadex LH-20 preparative HPLC....
This paper investigates the controllability of Hilfer fractional stochastic evolution equations (HFSEEs). Initially, we obtain a conclusion regarding approximate HFSEEs by employing Tikhonov-type regularization method and Schauder′s fixed-point theorem. Additionally, conditions for exact are explored, utilizing Mönch′s theorem measure noncompactness. Finally, proposed is validated through an example, thereby demonstrating its effectiveness.

In this paper, we mainly study the finite‐time stability for a kind of uncertain fractional‐order delay differential equations with noninstantaneous impulses. By using Lyapunov functions along generalized Grönwall inequality, present new results considered equations. Finally, two examples are given to demonstrate effectiveness our theoretical results.
The Tangut monkshood (Aconitum tanguticum) is a perennial herb with high medicinal values. Here, its chloroplast genome was assembled from Illumina sequencing reads. circular 157,114 bp long an A + T-biased nucleotide composition, and comprises pair of inverted repeat (IR) regions (26,255 bp), separated by large single-copy (LSC) region (87,559 bp) small (SSC) (17,045 bp). It encodes total 112 gene species, 19 them being completely or partially duplicated 18 harboring one two introns....
Periploca sepium Bunge is not only a traditional medicinal plant, but also pioneer species for soil and water conservation because of its great environmental adaptability. In this study, complete chloroplast genome was assembled from the whole Illumina sequencing data. The circular 153,513 bp in size, containing large single copy (LSC) region 83,818 small (SSC) 18,177 bp, which were separated by pair 25,759 inverted repeat (IR) regions. It encoded total 139 genes, including 85 protein-coding...
The prickly blue poppy (Meconopsis horridula Hook. f. & Thomson) is a traditional Tibetan medicinal herb with high values. In this study, its chloroplast genome was determined to be 153,761 bp in length an A + T-biased base composition, and comprises pair of inverted repeat (IR) regions (26,030 bp), separated by large single-copy (LSC) region (83,803 bp) small (SSC) (17,898 bp). total 113 gene species were annotated, 20 them being completely or partially duplicated 18 harboring one two...
The automatic detection of vulnerabilities in Web applications using taint analysis is a hot topic. However, existing methods for sanitizers identification are too simple to find available transmission chains effectively. These generally use pre-constructed dictionaries or keywords identify, which usually suffer from large false positives and negatives. No doubt, it will have greater impact on the final result analysis. To solve that, we summarise classify commonly used propose an method...
