본 연구는 단기간의 크레아틴 섭취가 체대입시 준비생의 운동수행력에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 크레아틴의 운동수행향상 보조물의 확인하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 준비생 12명을 대상으로 선정하여 투여집단에게 5일동안 하루에 4번 25g(총 100g)을 섭취하였다. 측정항목은 체격과 운동수행력(심폐지구력, 근지구력, 유연성, 근력, 민첩성, 순발력)을 측정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Version 24.0을 이용하였다. 각 집단의 변화량은 독립표본T-Test를 실시하여 검정하였으며, 유의수준은 p<.05으로 설정하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단기간 섭취로 인한 체격의 변화는 미미하였고, 두 변화량에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 운동수행력 변화 중 순발력 항목인 제자리 멀리뛰기와 근지구력 평가 윗몸일으키기, 근력 배근력에서 섭취 변화량이 컸으며, 있었다(p<.05). 셋째, 단기간크레아틴 왕복오래달리기, 10m 왕복달리기, 유연성은 유의미한 변화를 보이지 않아,...
