안전한 천연물을 이용한 천연항산화제 개발 연구에 대한 관심이 고조되는 가운데, 지유, 진피, 천련자, 천문동, 청피, 편축, 하고초 7종의 천연 약용식물 추출물을 통해 항산화 활성을 측정하였다. 추출물의 총 페놀 함량은 지유가 열수추출물과 40% ethanol 추출물에서 각각 31.5 mg/g, 32.7 mg/g으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 수용성 물질에 효과는 DPPH radical 소거능이 약용식물의 열수 추출물과 80% 이상의 높은 소거활성을 나타내었다. ABTS cation decolorization을 측정한 결과, 85% 저해율을 나타내어 매우 우수한 효과를 가지고 있음을 입증하였다. 지용성 측정하기 위해 Antioxidant Protection Factor(PF)를 천련자 1.65 PF로 대조구인 vitamin C 보다 수준을 활성이 높음을 확인하였다. 이 논문은 SIMD 구조를 갖는 프로세서에서 FFT 연산을 효과적으로 처리하는 방법에 대한 것이다. FFT는 디지털 신호처리 분야에서 널리 사용되는 범용 알고리즘으로 이의 효과적인 처리는 성능 향상에 있어서 매우 중요하다. Bruun 알고리즘은 반복적인 인수분해를 통해 구현되는 알고리즘으로, Cooley-Tukey 알고리즘에 비해 복소수 곱셈이 아닌 실수 곱셈으로 대부분의 동작을 수행하는 장점을 가지고 있으나, 구현하는 데는 벡터 데이터의 정렬 형태가 복잡하고 연산에 필요한 계수들을 저장할 메모리를 더 필요로 하는 단점이 있다. 실험 결과에 따르면 길이 1024인 수행하는데 비해서 약 1.2배의 높은 처리 성능을 보이지만, 4 배 큰 데이터 한다. 따라서 메모리에 제약이 경우가 아니라면 알고리즘이 적합하다.
