Based on the theoretical analysis, we performed finite element simulation of high pressure experiment in multi-anvil devices (XKY-6×2000 MN) to determine temperature and stress WC anvil. The simulated results show that is not uniform, ununiform can produce thermal-shear peak value lies beveling edge anvil, 0.62 GPa, which 18 percent unheated have been verified by synthesis experiment. We developed a new method simulate anvil at temperature. This would greatly help design with safe dimension.
