The $\bar{K}N$ system at threshold is a sensitive testing ground for low energy QCD, especially the explicit chiral symmetry breaking. Therefore, we have measured $K$-series x rays of kaonic hydrogen atoms DA$\Phi$NE electron-positron collider Laboratori Nazionali di Frascati, and determined most precise values strong-interaction energy-level shift width $1s$ atomic state. As x-ray detectors, used large-area silicon drift detectors having excellent timing resolution, which were developed...

Based on extended SU(2)1 × SU(2)2 U(1)X gauge groups, G(221) models predict the existence of an additional heavy boson W' and a charged Higgs H±. Within this model we calculate coupling to hH± pair, where h can be identified with standard discovered recently at LHC. Using phenomenological constraint ratio symmetry breaking scales in models, → decay width production cross section via intermediate pp collisions 8 14 TeV are calculated. The SIDDHARTA experiment aims at a precise measurement of K -series kaonic hydrogen x-rays and the first-ever deuterium to determine strong-interaction energy-level shift width lowest lying atomic states. These measurements offer unique possibility precisely isospin-dependent -nucleon scattering lengths.
