This study analyzes single factors that affect the prognosis of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and establishes a model by multivariate analysis. We retrospectively analyzed clinical features SARS in 165 clinically confirmed cases. Both age existence other diseases before were significantly correlated with (r=0.506 r=0.457, respectively; P<.001). During phase SARS, lactate dehydrogenase level, degree hypoxemia, rate, alpha -hydroxybutyric creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB, platelet...

Salicylate induces multiple antibiotic resistance in various bacterial species. Here we investigated the effect of salicylate on susceptibility Mycobacterium tuberculosis to a range antituberculosis (anti-TB) drugs. In presence salicylate, killing effects isoniazid (INH), rifampin (RMP), ethambutol (EMB), streptomycin (STR), and p-aminosalicylate (PAS) were reduced, as shown with tetrazolium redox dye viability assay survival assay. Salicylate-induced was more pronounced for PAS, STR, EMB...

Colorectal cancers (CRC) are one of the most common forms cancer seen worldwide, and also remain difficult to treat despite recent advances in chemotherapy. Although significant progress has been made years towards precision medicine mutation-guided therapy, mechanisms that underlie tumor growth progression incompletely understood.Tumor tissue nearby unaffected were collected from >15 patients at each stage CRC, which we generated representative proteomics profiles three stages....

Five (4.13%) two (22.22%) had evidence capsular retraction, three lung metastasis (33.33%). Dynamic contrast-enhanced showed progressive enhancement, mainly ways: ring enhancement hypovascularity four (44.44%)...

Sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus is one of common diseases in general department. However, it characterised, for surgeons, by high post-surgical recurrence and incidence wound complications. Due to that fact, this retrospective randomised clinical study was designed evaluate the surgical procedure effect Z-plasty (ZP), compared with convention simple excision (SE). A total 67 patients from May 2015 2019 our department were studied into two groups randomly, group ZP SE. The patients'...

Abstract Background Colorectal cancer (CRC), the third most commonly diagnosed malignant carcinoma and common cause of carcinoma-related mortality, continues to be a major international health problem. And approximately 33% patients suffer from recurrence after radical surgery. Free cell implanting in peritoneum is generally accepted as one main reasons such outcome. We did this present clinical study with aim evaluating effects safety intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy (IOC) on...

Abstract The objective of this paper is to demonstrate, considering the experiences from Chinese people, if slow transit constipation (STC) can be accurately diagnosed, choosing patients qualifying for surgery, subtotal colectomy with antiperistaltic cecosigmoidal anastomosis (STC-Anti-CSA) may come more acceptable short and long-term outcomes. A retrospective study was performed at a department colorectal anal surgery. cohort 29 were coming up 5 years’ follow-up care, who in diverse range...

Abstract Perineal wound complications after APR have high morbidity in the colorectal surgical department. Although some approaches been figured out to solve this clinical focus, outcomes are still not satisfied. Herein, prospective comparative trial has designed evaluate a new procedure of direct perineal full‐thick closure (DPWC), compared with conventional (CPWC), hopes making healing less complications. In addition, an evaluation incision negative pressure therapy, as another focus...

ABSTRACT Cold stress affects plant immune responses, and this process may involve the salicylic acid (SA) signaling pathway. However, underlying mechanism by which low temperature signals coordinate with SA to regulate immunity remains not fully understood. Here, we found that temperatures enhanced disease resistance of Arabidopsis against Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato ( Pst ) DC3000. This required Inducer CBF expression 1 (ICE1), core transcription factor in cold-signal cascades. ICE1...

Abstract Background: For the rectal cancer <5 cm from anal margin, extralevator abdominoperineal resection (eAPR) has been accepted widely by surgeons. However, rate of perineal infection following up eAPR is approximately 70%. We did study with aim evaluating effect and safety transperineal pelvic drainage combined lateral position (TPDLP) on wound in patients undergoing eAPR. Based on a 10 MW solar power generating unit, this paper proposes the design of two absorbers for two-stage tower power. When overall size and flow rate receiver plant are definite, diameter tube has great effect thermal performance. The heat transfer performance different diameters were simulated analysed in paper. result shows that absorber I better when is about 38mm II 28mm.
