Single-cell imaging is essential for elucidating the biological mechanism of cell function because it accurately reveals heterogeneity among cells. The electrochemiluminescence (ECL) microscopy technique has been considered a powerful tool to study cells its high throughput and zero cellular background light. However, since are immobilized on electrode surface, steric hindrance insulation from make difficult obtain luminous ECL image. To solve this problem, direct single was investigated...

In this work, a potential-resolved electrochemiluminescence (ECL) method is developed and used for the apoptosis diagnosis at single-cell level. The of cells usually induces decreasing expression epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) promotes phosphatidylserine (PS) eversion on cell membrane. Here, Au@L012 g-C3N4 as ECL probes are functionalized with (EGF) peptide (PSBP) to recognize EGFR PS surface, respectively, showing two well-separated signals during potential scanning. Experimental...

Isobavachalcone (IBC) has been shown to induce apoptosis and differentiation of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms are not fully understood. Herein, IBC exhibited significant inhibition on cell viability, proliferation, colony formation ability AML Moreover, induced mitochondrial evidenced by reduced membrane potential, increased Bax level, decreased Bcl‐2, Bcl‐xL, Mcl‐1 levels, elevated cytochrome c level in cytosol cleavage caspase‐9,...

The high-pathogenicity island (HPI) was initially identified in Yersinia and can be horizontally transferred to Escherichia coli produce yersiniabactin (Ybt), which enhances the pathogenicity of E. by competing with host for Fe3+. Pyroptosis is gasdermin-induced necrotic cell death. It involves permeabilization membrane accompanied an inflammatory response. still unclear whether Ybt HPI cause intestinal epithelial cells undergo pyroptosis contribute gut inflammation during infection. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors, and its incidence increasing year by year. In recent years, active ingredients Chinese medicine have made great progress in treatment CRC due to their advantages high efficiency low toxicity. However, more than 90% traditional defects poor water solubility bioavailability, which greatly limits efficacy clinical application. The development efficient drug delivery systems provides an opportunity improve medicine. Here, for...

In situ detection of the expression level cell-surface receptors has become a hotspot study in recent years. We propose this manuscript novel strategy for sensitive electrochemiluminescence (ECL) glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4) on human skeletal muscle cells (HSMCs). Graphene hydrogel (GH) was selected to fabricate permeable electrode with purpose overcoming steric hindrance electrode, which leads errors receptors. GLUT4 labeled carbon dots (CDs), generate ECL emission at interface between GH...

Polymeric carbon nitride (PCN), as an appealing metal‐free and low‐cost photocatalyst for solar‐to‐fuel conversion, is still suffering from insufficient light‐harvesting efficiency short excited state lifetime of electron–hole pairs. Herein, a 3D hierarchical network tubes (NCNT) with intercrossing few‐layer uniform diameter, synthesized by synergistic strategy tailoring the chemical hydrogen bond, reported. This hollow structure facilitates internal light reflection, thus promoting...

High-resolution scanning electrochemical cell microscopy (SECCM), synchronously visualizing the topography and activity, could be used to directly correlate structure activity of materials nanoscopically. However, its topographical measurement is largely restricted by size stability meniscus droplet formed at end nanopipette. In this paper, we report a scheme that reliably gain several tens nanometer resolution (≥65 nm) SECCM using homemade ∼50 nm inner diameter probes. Furthermore, hydrogen...

3D Network Architecture In article number 2000827, Yanqing Ma, Lei and co-workers have successfully synthesized few-layer tubular carbon nitride with a three-dimensional network (NCNT-25) via synergistic route of chemical tailoring hydrogen bond modulation. Benefiting from the advantages 2D nature architecture, boosted photocatalytic H2 H2O2 productions are obtained, almost 32 times 4 as high that bulk one under visible light irradiation, respectively.
