The cornea is the clear window at front of eye and eye9s main refractive medium. Its transparency essential for vision. Corneal neovascularisation a common clinical problem with serious consequences vision; it can compromise corneal plays major role in graft rejection by breaching immune privilege. In this review, we formulate consensus on unmet medical needs management outline framework research that needed to identify suitable agents meet these needs.
