The search for novel anticancer agents to replace the current platinum-based treatments remains an ongoing process. Palladacycles have shown excellent promise as demonstrated by our previous work which yielded BTC2, a binuclear palladadycle with non-ionisable polyethylene glycol (PEG) tether. Here, we explore importance of PEG-tether length on activity palladacycles comparing three analogous palladacycles, BTC5 and BTC6, in oestrogen receptor positive MCF7 triple-negative MDA-MB-231 breast...

Abstract BACKGROUND Leaching kinetics of the roasted (at 600°C) chromite overburden Sukinda mines Orissa, India, was studied with optimized data generated through response surface methodology ( RSM ) coupled Box‐Behnken design BBD ). The effects oxalic, citric and gluconic acid concentration (50–150 mmol L −1 ), reaction temperature (60° to 80°C) period (up 3 h) on metal (nickel cobalt) dissolution were examined. RESULTS Extraction nickel cobalt extent 63.61% 44.33%, respectively, achieved...

Abstract The increased success of small metal‐containing molecules as pharmaceutical agents has prompted investigations into the pharmacological activity a different class metal‐based compounds; supramolecular coordination complexes (SCCs). Such have been extensively investigated for their anticancer activity, with many displaying activities comparable or superior to available clinical chemotherapeutic drugs. Here, we evaluated series quinoline‐containing binuclear and metallarectangles in...

A systematic study was done to fabricate Macro porous silicon films by electrochemical etching of p--type with a resistivity range 0.1–5.0 Ω cm for 60 min in an electrolyte containing hydrofluoric acid (HF), water, and dymethylformamide (DMF). Samples were studied using scanning electron microscopy. The morphology macropore formation observed varying HF, DMF ratio the solution, substrate anodization current density. Cross-sectional micrographs revealed macropores approximately columnar...

A series of arene Ru(II) salt complexes the type [(η6-arene)RuCl(η2-dppm)]+[ECl3]- (arene = C6H6, p-cymene, 1,3,5-Me3C6H3; E Ge, Sn) bearing trichlorogermanate and trichlorostannate anions are reported. Starting from known complexes: [(η6-C6H6)RuCl2(η1-dppm)] (1), [(η6-p-cymene)RuCl2(η1-dppm)] (3) novel complex [(η6-1,3,5-Me3C6H3)RuCl2(η1-dppm)] (7) (dppm 1,1-bis(diphenylphosphino)methane), reactions with SnCl2 or GeCl2(dioxane) respectively afforded, by halide abstraction at ruthenium(II)...

Conductivity of Porous Silicon (PS) can be modulated significantly by controlling its formation parameters like anodization current density and HF concentration in the electro-chemical cell doping silicon wafer. It is established that not only porosity but also uniformity PS layer determines conductivity layer. A quantitative relationship between effective presented verified experimentally.

A phenomenological momentum dependent interaction (MDI) is considered to describe the equation of state (EOS) for isospin asymmetric nuclear matter (ANM), where density dependence symmetry basic input. In this interaction, energy shows soft density. Within nonrelativistic mean field approach we calculate fourth-order E sym, 4 (ρ).
