Incorporating two delays ( $\tau_{1}$ represents the maturity of predator, $\tau_{2}$ top predator), we establish a novel delayed three-species food-chain model with stage structure in this paper. By analyzing characteristic equations, constructing suitable Lyapunov functional, using Lyapunov–LaSalle's principle, comparison theorem and iterative technique, investigate existence nonnegative equilibria their stability. Some interesting findings show that have great impacts on dynamical...

In this paper, a general class of the delayed differential equation with discontinuous right-hand side is considered. Under extended Filippov inclusions framework, some new criteria are obtained to guarantee existence periodic solution by employing Kakutani's fixed point theorem set-valued maps and matrix theory. Then, we apply these time-delayed neural networks neuron activations. Our analysis method theoretical results great significance in design network circuits activation under environment.

The complex pathophysiology of epilepsy hampers the development effective treatments. Although more than ten kinds anti-seizures drugs (ASDs) have good effects on seizure control worldwide, about 30% patients still display pharmacoresistance against ASDs. Neuroinflammation seems to play a crucial role in disease progression. G protein-coupled receptor 120 (GPR120) has been shown negatively regulate inflammation and apoptosis. However, GPR120 remains unclear. In this study, we aimed explore...

In this paper, a general class of delayed memristive neural networks (DMNNs) system described by functional differential equation with discontinuous right-hand side is considered. Under the extended Filippov-framework, we investigate finite-time stabilization problem for DMNNs using famous stability theorem and generalized Lyapunov method. To do so, design two classes novel controllers including state-feedback controller adaptive controller. Without assuming boundedness monotonicity...

The H10 subtype avian influenza virus (AIV) poses an ongoing threat to both birds and humans. Notably, fatal human cases of H10N3 H10N8 infections have drawn public attention. In 2022, we isolated two viruses (A/chicken/Shandong/0101/2022 A/chicken/Shandong/0603/2022) from diseased chickens in China. Genome analysis revealed that these were genetically associated with human-origin virus, internal genes originating local H9N2 viruses. Compared the (A/chicken/Jiangxi/102/2013), exhibited...

This paper is concerned with the dissipativity and synchronization problems of a class delayed bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks in which neuron activations are modeled by discontinuous bivariate functions. First, concept Filippov solution extended to functional differential equations right-hand sides mixed delays via inclusions. The global considered BAM proven using generalized Halanay inequalities matrix measure approaches. Second, realize exponential complete...

Abstract Chitinase 1 (CHIT1), as a chitin‐specific hydrolase, significantly influences the progression of Alzheimer's disease (AD) through microglia‐associated inflammation and amyloid beta (Aβ) plaque accumulation. However, precise mechanism CHIT1 action in AD remains uncertain. The effects on cerebral blood flow (CBF), hippocampal volume, cognitive function were investigated APP/PS1 mice. Protein alterations resulting from overexpression analyzed using four‐dimensional (4D) label‐free...

Background Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is globally recognized as a significant pregnancy-related condition, contributing to complex complications for both mothers and infants. Traditional glucose tolerance tests lack the ability identify risk of GDM in early pregnancy, hindering effective prevention timely intervention during initial stages.
