Miscarriage is the spontaneous loss of an embryo or fetus before 20th week pregnancy. Most miscarriages occur end first trimester (<13 weeks). Although many risk factors relate to this occurrence, genetic play most important role. Chromosomal abnormalities, including both numerical and structural anomalies, underlie majority miscarriages. In study, we employed a comprehensive approach using cytogenetic karyotyping, polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based genotyping, microarray-based...

Abstract The vaccine elicitation of HIV tier-2-neutralization antibodies has been a challenge. Here, we report the isolation and characterization CD4-binding site (CD4bs) specific monoclonal antibody, HmAb64, from human volunteer immunized with polyvalent DNA prime-protein boost vaccine. HmAb64 is derived heavy chain variable germline gene IGHV1-18 light IGKV1-39. It third complementarity-determining region (CDR H3) 15 amino acids. On cross-clade panel 208 HIV-1 pseudo-virus strains,...

Abstract The γ -ray emitting compact symmetric objects (CSOs) PKS 1718–649, NGC 3894, and TXS 0128+554 are lobe-dominated in the radio emission. In order to investigate their radiation properties, we analyze ∼14 yr Fermi/LAT observation data of three CSOs. They all show low luminosity (10 41 –10 43 erg s −1 ) no significant variability band. Their average spectra can be well fitted by a power-law function. These properties -rays clearly different from CSOs CTD 135 1413+135, for which...

Multiphoton entanglement with high information capacity plays an essential role in quantum processing. The appearance of parallel beam splitting (BS) a gradient metasurface provides the chance to prepare multiphoton one step. Here, we use single construct path-polarization entanglement. Based on BS property, among N unentangled photons is created after they pass through metasurface. Also, this ability, fusion several pairs entangled set up, which can greatly enlarge dimension. These...

Abstract In this manuscript, based on SDSS photometry and spectroscopy, a method is proposed to test the hypothesis that orbital kinematics of kpc-scale dual-core systems can lead double-peaked narrow emission lines (DPNELs), through analyzing sample seven by comparing upper limits their velocities (calculated using total stellar mass projected distance) with velocity separation DPNELs (peak separation). To determine accurate masses, GALFIT applied consider effects overlapping components...
