目的 观察美托洛尔联合依那普利对老年心力衰竭（HF）患者左心室功能及Q-T离散度的影响。 方法 选取2014年3月至2017年3月本院50例HF患者，按照随机数字表法分为研究组及对照组，各25例。对照组采用常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗。治疗前（T1）及治疗3个月后（T2）检测两组患者左心室功能指标[左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左心室收缩末期内径（LVESD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）]、Q-T离散度（QTd）和血流动力学指标[心率（HR）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）]水平。 结果 T2时，两组LVEF均较治疗前上升，且研究组增幅大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）；两组LVEDD、LVESD、QTd、血流动力学指标（HR、SBP、DBP）则均较治疗前降低，且研究组降幅大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。 结论 美托洛尔联合依那普利可改善HF患者的心功能，对促进患者恢复有利。
