Ocular immunotherapy-related adverse events (IRAEs), although rare, can be sight-threatening. Our objective was to analyze ocular IRAEs diagnosed in France from the marketing of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICPIs) until June 2021 and review literature. We collected cases 28 patients (36 IRAEs), occurring after an average 17 weeks (±19). Forty-six percent were treated for metastatic melanoma. Anti-PD1 agents responsible 57% IRAEs. Anterior uveitis most common (44%), followed by panuveitis...

Abstract Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), a rare but fatal disease if untreated, is due to alteration in von Willebrand factor cleavage resulting capillary microthrombus formation and ischemic organ damage. Interleukin-1 (IL-1) has been shown drive sterile inflammation after ischemia could play an essential contribution postischemic damage TTP. Our objectives were evaluate IL-1 involvement during TTP test the efficacy of recombinant receptor antagonist, anakinra, murine model. We...

Meningitis is a common evolution in progressive disseminated histoplasmosis children, and asymptomatic many cases. In leukemia, the impaired of T cells function can predispose to form. The attributed mortality rate this case 20%-40% relapse as high 50%; therefore, prolonged treatment may be emphasized. We have described child with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), that developed skin lesions chronic meningitis, good after amphotericin B deoxycholate followed by fluconazole.

IL-1β is a leaderless cytokine with poorly known secretory mechanisms that barely detectable in serum of patients, including those an IL-1β-mediated disease such as systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA). Leukocyte microvesicles (MVs) may be mechanism secretion. The first objective our study was to characterize IL-1β-positive MVs obtained from macrophage cell culture supernatants and investigate their biological functions
