Stem Leydig cells (SLCs) play a critical role in the development and maintenance of adult cell (ALC) population. SLCs also are present testis. Their identification, characteristics, regulation testis remain uncertain. Using single-cell RNA-seq, we found that mesenchymal stromal population may be involved ALC regeneration. Upon elimination, fraction begins to proliferate while different differentiate ALCs. Transcriptomic analysis identified five clusters can classified into two major groups...

Background Midazolam is a neurological drug with diverse functions, including sedation, hypnosis, decreased anxiety, anterograde amnesia, brain-mediated muscle relaxation, and anticonvulsant activity. Since it frequently used in children adolescents for extended periods of time, there risk that may affect their pubertal development. Here, we report potential effect the on development Leydig cells (LCs), testosterone (T)-producing testis. Methods Stem LCs (SLCs), isolated from adult rat...

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to consider the factors that influence food plate waste in a UK university service setting and insinuated intention among staff students. Design/methodology/approach study conducted empirical research using an online questionnaire ( n =260) at university. data were analysed descriptively inferentially by IBM SPSS Statistics version 22. Findings Multiple level including gender, different categories food, size, portion size palatability. Two recommendations...

Spermatogenesis is an efficient, complex, and highly organized proliferation differentiation process that relies on multiple factors including testosterone produced by the Leydig cells. Although critical role played in spermatogenesis well recognized, mechanism which it works still not completely understood, partially due to inability specifically precisely monitor testosterone-dependent changes within developing germ Here we present single-cell RNA sequencing data from10,983 adult rat...

The primary function of testicular Leydig cells (LCs) is to produce testosterone (T). In vitro culture the represents a very important approach study androgen production and its regulations. Various methods have been developed for enrichment from testes. However, getting in large numbers with high purity viability still challenging. Here, we describe new way isolate LCs rat testes quantity viability.Enzymatic digested adult rats were labelled prolactin receptor (PRLR) antibody. positive...

Many word-level adversarial attack approaches for textual data have been proposed in recent studies. However, due to the massive search space consisting of combinations candidate words, existing face problem preserving semantics texts when crafting counterparts. In this paper, we develop a novel strategy find with high similarity original while introducing minimal perturbation. The rationale is that expect small perturbation can better preserve semantic meaning texts. Experiments show that,...

This paper reports the efficient synthesis of substituted (Z)-N-allyl sulfonamides via a palladium-catalyzed three-component tandem reaction N-buta-2,3-dienyl with iodides and sulfonyl hydrazide or sulfinic acid sodium salt as nucleophiles. Pd(PPh3)4 (2.5 mol %), K2CO3, THF were used optimal catalyst, base, solvent, respectively. The obtained in 30-83% overall yield. Mechanistic investigations revealed that formation single (Z)-isomer was controlled by six-membered palladacycle intermediate.
