グリセロールテストの際に耳音響放射 (OAE) を蝸牛機能のモニタリング検査として利用することの臨床的有用性について検討した. 対象はメニエール病症例22例22耳で, グリセロールテスト前後に誘発耳音響放射 (TEOAE) および歪成分耳音響放射 (DPOAE) を測定した. TEOAEはnon-linear click刺激で測定し, 反応全体のtotal echo power (TEP) と中音域 (1000~2000Hz) 成分のfiltered (FEP) を検討指標とした.
