Small-diameter vascular grafts (SDVGs) are urgently required for clinical applications. Constructing mimicking the defining features of native arteries is a promising strategy. Here, we constructed tri-layered graft with artery decellularized extracellular matrix (dECM) component arteries. The porcine thoracic aorta was and milled into dECM powders from differential layers. intima media were blended poly (L-lactide-co-caprolactone) (PLCL) as inner middle layers electrospun grafts,...
Abstract The bioinert characteristic of polycaprolactone (PCL) remains a major defect when using PCL‐based materials as small‐diameter vascular grafts for implantation in vivo . To improve the hydrophilicity, cytocompatibility, and biodegradation PCL grafts, we constructed hybrid from electrospun PCL/gelatin. PCL/gelatin graft was further functionalized with addition heparin, to hemocompatibility. This study investigated performance heparin‐loaded Our results showed that combination gelatin...
The site-selective functionalization of unactivated aliphatic amines is an attractive and challenging synthetic approach. We herein report a general strategy for the remote C(sp3)–H bonds in amides by photogenerated amidyl radicals to form gem-difluoroalkenes with trifluoromethyl-substituted alkenes. site selectivity controlled 1,5-hydrogen atom transfer (HAT) process amide. This photocatalyzed transformation shows both chemo- site-selectivity, facilitating formation secondary, tertiary, or...
Herein, the synthesis of lactam-substituted gem-difluoroalkenes has been developed through a photoredox-catalyzed radical cascade reaction. This photoredox-catalyzed, Brønsted base-assisted intramolecular 5-exo-trig cyclization/intermolecular addition/β-fluoride elimination reaction offers simple method for producing lactam, carbamate, or urea-substituted with good functional group tolerance and high yields.
Bicyclo[1.1.1]pentanes (BCPs) are important bioisosteres of aryl, tert-butyl groups, and internal alkynes that can impact key physicochemical properties on drug candidates. Herein, we describe a novel efficient reaction to synthesize alkyl-alkynyl-substituted BCP derivatives by synergistic photoredox copper catalysis at room temperature. The mild conditions, simple protocol, broad functional group tolerance, high efficiency this procedure make it valuable strategy for accessing...
A copper-catalyzed C-3 functionalization of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines with 3-indoleacetic acids through an aerobic oxidative decarboxylative process has been developed. The protocol provided a series 3-(1H-indol-3-ylmethyl)-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines in moderate to good yields under simple reaction conditions. Importantly, some products exhibited potent antiproliferative activity cancer cell lines.
α-Functionalization of carbonyl compounds is an important reaction in synthetic chemistry. However, the development novel strategies to realize this challenging. This study describes α-indolmethylation using cooperative copper, amine, and hydrogen-bond catalysis. provides a efficient strategy for developing indolmethylated by deaminative coupling gramines.
An ingenious yet effective strategy was applied to prepare P-based Li-argyrodites with Sb-based Li-argyrodite doping. The incorporation of Sn, Sb and I endows the novel ternary-doped Li 6 PS 5 Cl electrolyte much enhanced integrated performance.
Abstract A palladium‐catalyzed desulfitative arylation reaction of 5‐alkoxy‐3,4‐dibromo‐2( 5H )‐furanones to provide 5‐alkoxy‐4‐aryl‐3‐bromo‐2(5 H is reported. This has a high site selectivity, which can realize at the C4‐position. Various sodium arylsulfinates are well tolerated under mild conditions. The current study makes general alkenyl halides possible by use cheap and easily available as aryl sources.
Small-diameter (<6 mm) vascular grafts are increasingly needed in peripheral surgery but have few successes because of acute thrombosis, incomplete endothelialization and intimal hyperplasia after implantation. This study used electrospun poly(ε-caprolactone) as the matrix material. Heparin selenium-containing catalyst-organoselenium modified polyethyleneimine were introduced through layer-by-layer assembly order to build a graft with situ nitric oxide (NO) generation. The aim this was...
There has been substantial progress made in the development of bone regeneration materials, driven by deficiencies that exist current clinical products, such as finite sources, donor site complications, and potential for disease transmission. To overcome these shortcomings, multifunctional scaffolds should be developed to integrate relationship among osteoinduction, osteoconduction, osseointegration. In this study, we fabricated polycaprolactone/gelatin (PG) nanofiber films electrospinning,...
A radical coupling reaction of DMSO with ArSO2Na without the needs anaerobic atmosphere to afford ArSO2CHBr2 is described.
Two novel POM-based huge clusters modified by conjugated organic ligands (DAPSC), {Fe10P4W32} and {Fe8MoW18}, have been successfully isolated. Compound 1 consists of a inorganic building block four groups DAPSC linked ten iron ions sodium ions. The enhance the electric delocalization effects polyoxoanions, leading to strengthening third-order nonlinear optical (NLO) responses compounds 1-2. Additionally, oxygen evolution reaction (OER) electrocatalytic activity magnetic properties compound...
